These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Terminal6, a product of Aavin Marketing Services ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Bengaluru, India. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Terminal6 is an AI-powered operating system for Amazon and D2C brand operators. Our platform aggregates data from marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify), advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads), and operational systems (Unicommerce, 3PLs) to provide unified analytics, cross-channel P&L, and AI-powered recommendations.

2. Account and Access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must have the authority to connect third-party platform accounts (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads) and grant us the necessary API access.

3. Data Ownership

• Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any data you provide or that we access through your connected platforms.
• You grant us a limited licence to access, store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
• You may disconnect any platform or request data deletion at any time.

4. Advertising Management

Where our platform manages or provides recommendations for advertising campaigns (including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads):

• Campaign changes recommended by our AI agents require your approval unless you explicitly enable automated execution.
• We act as your authorised agent when accessing advertising platform APIs on your behalf.
• We are not responsible for advertising platform policy changes, account suspensions, or performance fluctuations outside our control.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms.
• Share your account access with unauthorised third parties.
• Use the platform to violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Terminal6 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
• Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
