• Platform data: When you connect your marketplace accounts (Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify, Unicommerce) and advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads), we access and store the data necessary to provide our services, including sales data, inventory levels, advertising campaign metrics, keyword performance, and order information.
• Usage data: How you interact with our platform, including pages visited and features used.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our platform and services.
• To aggregate your marketplace and advertising data into a unified view.
• To generate analytics, reports, and AI-powered recommendations for your business.
• To manage advertising campaigns on your behalf across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads.

3. Data from Google Ads

When you connect your Google Ads account, we access campaign performance data, keyword metrics, search term reports, and conversion data through the Google Ads API. This data is used solely to:

• Display your advertising performance within the Terminal6 dashboard.
• Generate cross-channel analytics combining Google Ads data with your other marketplace data.
• Provide AI-powered recommendations for budget allocation and campaign optimisation.

We do not sell, share, or use your Google Ads data for any purpose other than providing our services to you. Your Google Ads data is stored securely and access is limited to authorised personnel.

4. Data from Other Advertising Platforms

We access Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Amazon Ads data under similar terms. Campaign metrics, spend data, and attribution data are used exclusively to provide cross-channel analytics and recommendations within Terminal6.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, ap-south-1 region).
• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
• Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only.
• We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

We do not sell your data. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent: When you explicitly authorise sharing with a third party.
