Terminal6 ("we", "us", "our") is a product of Aavin Marketing Services, Bengaluru, India. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform and services.
We collect information that you provide directly and data from third-party platforms you connect:
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to benchmark you against other Terminal6 customers. We do not use your data to train models that are offered to, or derive insights for, any other party.
When you connect your Amazon Selling Partner (Seller Central), Amazon Vendor Central, or Amazon Advertising account, Terminal6 accesses data through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), Vendor Central reporting APIs, and the Amazon Advertising API. The categories of data we access include orders and sales, inventory levels, product catalogue and listing data for your ASINs, advertising campaign performance for your own campaigns (spend, clicks, impressions, attributed sales, keywords, and search term reports across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display), settlement reports, FBA customer returns, and — for authorised Brand Registry owners — Brand Analytics reports for your own ASINs and brand.
We use this data to display your Amazon performance to you within the Terminal6 dashboard, to compute SKU-level, channel-level, and cross-channel economics for your business, to generate daily briefs, anomaly alerts, and AI-powered recommendations for your own advertising, inventory, pricing, and catalogue decisions, and to execute actions you have authorised (such as adjusting your own Amazon advertising bids and budgets within your own Amazon Ads account).
Each Terminal6 customer's Amazon data is stored in records keyed to that customer's brand identifier, and our analytics and AI agents operate within a single customer's data at a time. We do not combine data from one Amazon Authorized User's account with another's, and we do not use one customer's Amazon data to produce insights or recommendations delivered to any other customer. We do not sell, license, or redistribute your Amazon data — raw or derived — to any third party, and we do not use it to train general-purpose models offered to others.
You can disconnect your Amazon account from Terminal6 at any time from within the platform or by contacting us; on revocation we stop further data collection immediately and will delete your stored Amazon data on request, subject to any narrow retention requirements imposed by law. Terminal6's use of data obtained via the Amazon Selling Partner API complies with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy and the Amazon Data Protection Policy.
When you connect your Google Ads account, we access campaign performance data, keyword metrics, search term reports, and conversion data through the Google Ads API. This data is used solely to:
We do not sell, share, or use your Google Ads data for any purpose other than providing our services to you. We do not aggregate your Google Ads data with other Terminal6 customers' data. Your Google Ads data is stored securely and access is limited to authorised personnel.
We access Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) data under similar terms. Campaign metrics, spend data, and attribution data are used exclusively to provide cross-channel analytics and recommendations for your own business within Terminal6, and are never aggregated across customers or sold.
We do not sell your data. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
You have the right to:
We use session storage for authentication state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on our platform.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
